Ingredientes:

45 ml de Café Escorial expresso

1 ½ bola de helado

30 ml de crema Millwood

15 ml de licor de café

10 gramos de azúcar

30 ml de crema de leche

30 gramos de hielo

Preparación: En una batidora mezclar la bola de helado, la crema Millwood, el licor de café, azúcar y el hielo. Servir en una copa balón previamente decorada con crema de leche y acompañar de pajillas absorbentes.
