Ingredientes:
1 piña mediana
1 copa de vino blanco
Azúcar
Preparación: Pelar la piña reservando parte de la cáscara y picar la masa en dados. Envolver los dados en vino blanco y azúcar. Dorar en el horno durante pocos minutos, enfriar, espolvorear con azúcar y refrigerar para servir semifrío. Ideales para limpiar el paladar antes del próximo plato.
